Week 4 — The Candle of Love

“God so loved the world that He gave His only Son.” — John 3:16

In this final week of Advent we light the Candle of Love — the angel’s candle — and prepare to receive the greatest gift: God’s love made flesh. Love draws near in humble ways; it asks for hearts wide enough to receive and hands ready to serve.

Reflection: Love bears with faults and mends what is broken. Forgiveness reveals the generous heart of God and frees us to love more fully. This week, consider a relationship that needs a step toward reconciliation.

Prayer: Lord, soften my heart to forgive and to be forgiven; heal what is wounded and bind us together in Your love. Amen.

Prayer: God-with-us, come. Fill our homes and hearts with Your humble love; teach us to cradle and protect this gift in our daily lives. Amen.
